MTM 5x5 assessment questions

MTM limits itself to 5x5 questions, so they must be carefully chosen.

Are they all strong indicators of success?

Are there missing questiosn that are stronger than the 25 we have now?

For instance, I'm considering replacing M5 Winner with:
M5 Pain: is there a pain or problem that is causing difficulty for this opportunity's decision-makers and/or approvers?

I feel that most deals make the decisionmaker look a winner, and pain is a very strong driver for decisions which is not explicit enough in the current 25 questions.
